The companies REC Engineering GmbH and REC Fastening GmbH have been merged by absorption into REC Fastening GmbH in accordance with the provisions of the German Transformation Act (UmwG). The entry in the commercial register has been completed, making the merger legally effective.
The following applies to our business relationship:
All contracts that existed with one of the two companies at the time of the merger were transferred to REC Fastening GmbH upon completion of the merger as part of the universal succession. REC Fastening GmbH assumes all rights and obligations of the two former companies by operation of law (Section 20 UmwG). All existing contractual relationships remain unchanged and in full force and effect; no adjustments are necessary.
